However, it appears that this web hosting service does not recognize files with an aspx extension. What version of PHP does yahoo use for its small business web site hosting? it says on their adds that they use PHP v4 but there is no way of contacting them to ask if they have upgraded to PHP v5. Kind of an important thing to know if you are thinking about hosting with them. Kinda bad business to not have a way for potential customers to contact you and ask you questions about the service you provide. I would expect better from Yahoo, they have been on the internet for a while. you would think that they would know that customer service is first. Anyway. I've used Yahoo Small Business before and I liked the way it linked the email accounts to my existing yahoo email address, though from my research GoDaddy seems to have more tools/functions. Yahoo Small Business Web Hosting? i have been building my website on site builder. Now every time I try to pull it up to work on it I get error message 404-page not available and 403-site declines to show web page. I have windows Vista and it causes alot of problems with some programs and apps. has anyone else had this problem and knows how to fix it. By the way, I hate Vista!!!!

Yahoo small business let me down~ Where can I go to get REAL comparison of web hosting sites? I work for a small nonprofit that has a website and our email accounts tied together through Yahoo Small Business. Apparently they shut us down for violating their Terms of Service. They didn't warn us they just shut us down. After 3 hours on the phone they can't tell me what they think we did to violate terms of service but sent me to a form on the abuse page and directed me to ask them to reinstate my account. Now I have to wait 48 hours to see if they will. We save wildlife and help build parks! The only thing we do is send out emails to the folks that tell us they want us to email to them literally one to three times a month. So we are moving on- I need to know where to get an unbiased and current comparison of web site hosts. I need to know how to go about transferring a web site from one host to another. I also want to encourage everyone to backup any needed information off of your yahoo just in case yahoo does this to you. At this point we may loose our whole data base.

Yahoo Small Business Web site editor help.? I was wonder a few things about the Yahoo small business and site editor you use with it. It seems like you can use the templates they give you or make a whole website on your own and upload it using the web hosting tools. I was wondering if you could take the site design using the site editor and ftp it down or transfer the website to dreamweaver or some other editor so that I could customize it? If not is there any way to really customize the site in the store editor, it seems very limited to me, but my options are to stick with it or create a whole website from scratch.
how do i build a smart web site structure on Yahoo! small business? I have a site that will leverage both http and https, and is hosted on Yahoo! small business services. I want to avoid the message "this page contains sercure and nonsecure ..." when a user visits the secure section of the site. At first glance, I figured that I could place all of the required content into a folder under <root>/ssl and everything would be just fine. However, that poses some serious content management issues. So, if I want to only maintain content in one place, can I place all of it under <root>/ssl and be just fine? If so, how do I modify the include_path to point to something like <riit>/ssl/include vs. the standard <root>/include? Am I missing something?
Why is Yahoo charging me double for my Web Hosting? I have the Small Business Web Hosting Package from Yahoo. My payment was due for 21st June and it was set to automatically charge my PayPal account. I totally forgot about it and didn't have the necessary funds in my PayPal account at the time. I have now uploaded $50 to my PayPal (the ammount due for yahoo was $35.85) but I keep seeing in my Paypal account that Yahoo tryes to charge me $71.70 (i see like 10 orders for this).
