Is there a service that I can SMS text the domain name and then get an SMS response telling me if its available? A google search has not been helpful.
How can I get domain names with cash parking into search engines? I have about 10 domain names with excellent terms that would get a lot of hits, but they are all currently 'cash parked' and they don't show up in search engine searches. I've tried to access them that way in fact and they don't show up even though a couple have been around for over a year. Is there a way to get them these parked domains populated in search engines? I've heard most search engines filter them out. Geez, so far that's a good answer, but what's a mini-site?

SEO - Search Engine Optimization Question - Domain Names? This is a follow-up question to my previous question which I have listed below: e.g. let's pretend I have a site called www.bestdoors.com and I would also like to access through the following urls french-door.net and internaldoor.com Here is my question: What about having different domain names as domain alias? What is better for SEO, redirect of domain alias? In case we redirect the domains to a specific page in the site and change the page title and metatags to suit the url (in this case internal doors or french door), will this be better SEO wise than domain alias? Hope that makes sense. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

what is "p8.hostingprod.com/@" and how did it become a prefix to my domain name in google search? my domain (as I registered it) had a page rank of 3 until a few weeks ago. Not great but okay for a four/five month old website, and at least we were showing up on page one or two for many of our targeted key words. then somehow "p8.hostingprod.com/@" became a prefix on my domain which dropped us to a page rank of zero. very frustrating to say the least. now we are off the radar screen for google search. our domain is registered with Yahoo. i could not find a soul there that knows what to do about it. i don't have a clue how to contact google for assist. any ideas?
Why does GoDaddy not allow backordering of some domain names? When searching for domain names through GoDaddy, most of the time if the domain is already taken, you will have an option to backorder it. However, occasionally, it will have an "X" over the domain and will not allow any backordering. What is the reasoning behind this? What causes a domain name to not be backordered? (example: type in jump.com)

Domain search by contact/personal name? Hi, :) I think I already asked this a while back but I wanted some other answers too, from more people. :D There are of course these WHOIS databases, where you can look up a domain owner's personal information, etc... Is it possible, anywhere on the web, to do it in reverse, and look up a domain name by the contact address? It would be like a lookup to see what domains a certain person owns, and their contact addresses, etc. Is this kind of thing in existence? Anywhere at all on the web? Can you be absolutely certain? If there is somewhere, could you please tell me where it is? This isn't for me to stalk someone, it's me being stalked by someone else and i'm worried they could find me via my domains. Thanks :o)
