What is the best and easiest to use free or low cost web design software for a pc?

- Macromedia's Dreamweaver I'd say. You should be able to get a free trial at their site.
- A plain text editor, IE, Firefox, Opera, and reference sites for HTML and CSS or whatever technologies you use. Cost: $0.
- Pait Shop Pro is pretty easy. downlaod it there >> http://corel.com
- NVU (free) http://nvu.com Awesome.
- Macromedia's Dreamweaver is a great but expensive editor but you can get a free trial version from their website http://www.adobe.com/products/dreamweaver The 30 day free trial is at the bottom of the page
