I want to sell my domain name. Search says Under Construction?

I have a Domain name I'd like to sell. When I search for it the search results return "Under Construction", and I would prefer it says "Domain Name for Sell"

1. Sometimes you can register it for sale with your registrar, but of course the best would be to put up a web page so you can say whatever you want. You can even use free web space to put up the page and redirect the domain there. One other thing you should consider is that a domain name without any traffic is hard to sell. If you think that highly of the name, why not build a website and get some traffic coming before you offer it for sale, you will get a LOT higher price.
2. Then please update the page and wait for some time the Search engines will carwl the page again and again then the description and keywords that are underconstruction right now will change. After that you can sell your domain name. You can sell it on http://www.sedo.com http://www.nameslot.com http://www.namepros.com
