4. It is all relative, RIGHT? So it all depends if you have to get a 5 years mortgage to pay for it or if you can just pay cash and forget all about if for 29 more days.. So, before I can answer this PROPERLY, let us know more about you, especially say what the whole of $1.99 a month would mean to you and how it would affect your family and sentimental life and anything more that I might be forgetting, like LIFE INSURANCE, CHILDREN maintenance cheques, etc etc
5. $1.99 is a "good price," but what you are getting for that isn't going to be worth it. The service is most likely not that reliable, and you probably don't get much space or many features. If you're willing to pay more for much better service, take a look at Hostmonster. You get a free domain name with the account, unlimited storage space, unlimited monthly transfer, unlimited email addresses for your domain name(s), and you can put as many other domain names on the same account as you want.
