Which program should I have in order to make designs for web templates?
I want to make a background image by adding text and changing the view and the angles of a picture; but I don't know which program should I have. Can you please help me?

- Adobe Photoshop is what i use
- Adobe Photoshop would be the best program. However, since it is a bit pricey, you can go for some cheaper programs. Paint is built in, but it is very limited, and you cannot do much.
