How to find Business partners (web development/design/SEO)?

I believe there are alot of websites built in order to help business guys in finding partners. We are a team of professionals that is looking for a sales person. We are located in Toronto, Canada. Any ideas where can we post our ad with the more or less strong assurance it will be read? Thanks for all hints!

2. If you are looking for a salesperson with web development and SEO background you may want to attend one of the many conferences held in both the US and Canada. This has worked for me in the past. Far better and faster than placing ads in the newspaper or on the online career and job posting sites. I've wasted more time going the traditional route (placing ads) than I care to think about. But I've found great employees and consultants at the larger conferences. A couple to consider...
