I am going to be advertising my web design company through letters to businesses in the area, and i need help?

I need help introducing myself in the letter and proposing my services at rather low prices. but i am not sure how to start it off, i have tried looking for examples, but its taking too long and im gettin rather impatient. so i was hoping to get some help from the public on obtaining an example letter. thank you

What are your credentials. What is your mission statement Look at competitors brochures You want people to pay you for what you know how to do and they don't. You have to pay to get done what you want done, if you want the letter to draw response. Do it right the first time.
You may want to pay to have a great letter written. If it generates good leads, it would be worth it. You would be looking for a copywriter.
