web design template dreamweaver?

Once i create a page within dreamweaver is there any way in which i can use it as a teamplate yes when i save it as a template i always get this framset option for some reason i dont understand why

1. Yes. once you create something you can goto file -> Save As Template that will save it as a template file and allow you to use over as much as you want without retyping it.
