Where can I find a good web hosting site?

Where can I find a good and free web hosting site, where I can upload my own custom page? Some sites I have found give you some templates to work with, but I often don't like them. In terms of space I don't really need much, 30-40 mb at the most.

I use godaddy.com they also have a great customer service thats open 24/7, there not free but there not expensive, but if you purchase your domain name from them, they do have A free hosting option that I use for testing
I'm not sure about uploading your own page (maybe if pay for the premium account??) but i use weebly.com and I find it pretty good. It has just about everything you need but if you must have your own layout then check the faq's first. Here is the site I made with them, have a look and you can get an idea of what you can do. Hi... it is better to turn your head to paid hosting if u are serious..One of the best paid hosting company is Hostgator..But it dos't like adult contents and some kind of scripts (like scripts feedwordpress which causes to consume server resources heavily).
