free tools, help, and tutorials for web design?
i need help making a website i have no clue what to do and if you can give me a link to a good website builder and hosting that would be great

- Freehostia Is What I Use For Hosting, Its Good, they Have A Good Free Hosting Plan, And They Also Offer Paid Plans http://freehostia.com Dreamweaver, And CoffeeCup Are Good HTML editors, I Think CoffeeCup Does PHP Also, IDK, But There Both Good Programs
- Check out w3schools.net, they got tutorials on everything from html to css to php... Best tool is this awesome website at google.com... you can type in something like "howto make a website" and get plenty of results....
- Start with: http://www.tutorialtastic.co.uk/tutorial/basic_html_your_first_web_page Follow with: http://www.tutorialtastic.co.uk/tutorial/three_column_css_tableless_layout And then just look around the site for more specialized tutorials. They're mostly beginner level, so you don't need to have any previous coding knowledge.
