How can I get the best web hosting services?

Hi, I'm planning to develop a website. But I can't control (i.e with my human power) the task I'm putting on the website. And thus I want to have a software installed that automatically monitors the work (unfortunately I can't program a software). And i'm considering websites that give web hosting services. Here is the problem, however. I couldn't trust any of them lest they may steal the idea. So what can I do? Are there any services that you know can fulfil my requirment? THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
