is there any free web design software like dreamweaver?

I am looking for a rpogram that will wrie HTML for me and is a WYSIWYG just like dreamweaver but free?

1. there some that claim to be free but will revert after trail period is over... also dont fall for the ol free trick of getting u to design with them then they require u use their hosting site to upload... i have tried them all... try going thru ur hosting site might hav affliations!
