How can i host multiple domain names from my home server. Also what software should i also use?

I have a HP running on Vista, i am using windows IIS 7.0 and Apache 2.2. Which should i use to handle many domains names? Thank You

1. I don't have a home server, but I use "Add-on Domains" in a software called cPanel to add multiple domains hosted in the same account. Or maybe try Webhost Manager (WHM)?
2. Look up something called Headers and creates sites on your server, set up your headers correctly and then point your name servers to your server, considering you have a fixed IP.
