Bachelors in web design and development?

I am interested in getting a degree in web design and/or development, but there are 3 different options that seem the same thing to me. The 3 are: Bachelor of Fine Arts in Web Development Bachelor of Science in Information Technology - Web Development Bachelor of Science in Web Design & Development What are the difference between these.To me it seems that the second one is a I.T. degree with emphasis on web development.

1. They all department is different from one another web design is different & very big field include graphic design,animations on flash,3d etc.Development is different studying backend of the websites.web design is front end learning
