Cheap domain names? once a year payment?

Ok I found a lot of site that have really cheap domain names but I'm not sure if the sites are good ? If you know any good real site please let me know . Also need a free web site . I found some like godaddy.com and webs.com . But my business isn't making enough money right know to pay another bill
