- They have awful customer service. If you need something cheap like them check one of these: http://www.hosttell.com/ Powweb has the best offer right now. It's on a 50% sale - $3.88/month ($46.56/year), and you get a free domain from them. (like www.yourwebsite.com)
- Hello, Although I can understand why you would want to look into this host, it is important to look at the total package that comes with paying a host. Really a webhost is only as good as the customer service it offers. A great host should have 99% Network uptime, fast and reliable hardware, and 24X7 customer service availability. You should be able to call the Host 24 hours a day and speak to someone that can help. No matter who you are, you will want great customer service. I would look into HostMySite.com. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee. This way you are not tied down and still are free to go else where. Good Luck. - I used them in the past and my website was down all the time. Customer service was rude when I wanted to cancel with them. There are many web hosting providers and you might become confused to choose which one. It is very important that you choose a good web host. Good doesn't mean expensive. Good means reliable with great support. When you choose a web host, make sure they have excellent support. If you have a problem with your web site you want help now, not in a day or two. It can be confusing when choosing a web hosting company because they all look pretty much the same and they seem like they know what they are doing. However, I recommend reading reviews from reliable websites so that you may compare and become more familiar with the hosting companies before making a decision. This website has helped me a lot with my hosting decisions for a while now http://www.top15hosting.com I am a web designer and I have changed back and forth from many companies over the years but my favorite one is currently ranked #1. I am moving all my websites to them as the contracts expire. I hope this will help you.
- You should never believe in top lists of webhosts or sites that rank webhosts, as all of them are paid off to list the companies. The more they bey the better they rank. You should take the advice of people sharing their personal experience with a webhost. I personally would recommend looking into www.radixhosting.com as I've been using them for over a year, and their support has been great.
- They have terrible customer service. I have found GDI to be the best web host for beginners, while at the same time providing advanced features for the more seasoned WebSite Builder. They have a Site Builder, forwarding services and options for Dreamweaver & Frontpage. I pay them 10 dollars per month. But for all they offer, I find it to be worth it.
