How do I publish a website built on iweb, hosted by yahoo small business?

I built my site on iweb and chose yahoo small business to purchase the domain and for web hosting. I am a complete novice and so confused about how to actually publish the site - on the tutorial it just talks about publishing via sitebuilder - but I don't need to build the site. Please help! iweb is asking for the ftp server settings server address and the directory/path...among other things I don't know how to find the answer to. Any help is GREATLY appreciated! Liz
