Do free web hosting services allow you to display Google AdSense Banners?

1. It varies from host to host. I never heard of any host prohibiting ads. I know some hosts display their own ads (from Google or not), and if you remove those ads they ban you. You should read the agreement before putting any ad from Google, but i'm pretty sure it's not prohibited.
2. It would be in the terms of agreement with the free host, however I would think that most would allow you to post any advertisement that you wish.

5. Some do allow, some don't. I know for sure that wordpress.com doesn't, and blogger.com does allow it.
6. Some do and some dont. Just need to check whether the free hosting allow you to put HTML/javascript. If yes, then you can put adsense banner,. Otherwise, it not allow
