Yahoo Small Business Web site editor help.?

I was wonder a few things about the Yahoo small business and site editor you use with it. It seems like you can use the templates they give you or make a whole website on your own and upload it using the web hosting tools. I was wondering if you could take the site design using the site editor and ftp it down or transfer the website to dreamweaver or some other editor so that I could customize it? If not is there any way to really customize the site in the store editor, it seems very limited to me, but my options are to stick with it or create a whole website from scratch.

1. I found it difficult because sitebuilder uses lots of javascript and other custom scripts and code that makes it more difficult in other browsers to handcode. If you have dreameweaver they already have templates.
