Advice needed for setting up my own web site. ! have a domain name, what do 1 do next please?

1 have purchased a domain name through 123. there is an option to buy an email for 75p which 1 shall do but do 1 need to buy web hosting? 1've set up a forum before, so 1'm hoping this will help me with the codes etc. anyone have any advice please? My i key is broken on this computer but do have another comp to use! 1 would like advice on how to get help on setting up a web page please!
