Google Webmaster / Search engine optimization question?

Hi, I have a single page website on my ISP hosting service. i.e. http://site.isp-name/~my-index- go-here I also have a domain name which I set to auto forward traffic for my domain to the address above. I heard that if I have external links coming to my site will increase better search result for Google. Therefore, I want to give my site URL to many site owner I know to put it on there website. My question is do I give them my domain name or the actual hosting address: http://site.isp-name/~my-index- go-here I’ve added both address in Google webmaster and they are giving me different results, so I wonder which link will be appropriate to use on other sites. Thanks a bunch,

  1. if you are looking to learn about seo then you should go to http://www.advancedseo.info It is a great site and has lots of useful information on how to make your website rank high in the search engines.
  2. You should always link to your www.yourwebaddress.com,, whatever your web address is. Also, you should only use your www.com address for any and all linking for SEO purposes.
