Hi, My site is Hosted through 1&1, I need help locating the "WEB SERVER ADDRESS" for FTP access, I know the user name & password, just missing the address. 1. ping the website you will get the ipaddress.That will be the server to connect through FTP port 20
2. with 1&1, I think you put in the domain name for the address. One of mine is hosted there and I put in my user, pass, and domain when I do FTP.
