1. You'll need proofen track records. You'll need names of big corporations (your customers) that allow you to put their names on your company's profile to boost sales?
2. I like the idea of starting local. Just find some local businesses and talk to their managers/owners and see if any are in need of a website. Try to have some samples of your work. After you've done a few, you'll have a bigger portfolio that you can then us to hit other companies. I'd also check out some freelance sites. Many have jobs that you can bid on.
