Find a business partner in Australia to promote web design services?

We have a small company based in China specialising in web design, logo design, business card design etc etc.. We're experienced in this field and we're now thinking about expanding our customer base to foreign countries (Aus, US, UK...) because price competition is severe. We need someone reliable who's able to promote design services we offer. You can charge your clients at a much higher rate and outsource the work to us. I travel to Australia often so I prefer to find someone in Aus where we can meet up. But how do I go about finding this person?? I don't have any contacts I could ask for help...
