I am new to Web Design and Development?

I working in newly extablished Web Design Company and this is my company website : http://www.doinfinity.com I am also just a new in this field too. So this is a good chance to prove myself useful and chance to built the company and my own profile. But it seem that there something wrong. Business doesn't seem too good. Any idea to built a better reputation or boost sales?

well u can do for a better reputation is make your website simple without or less flash content and less images. when i tried to load your page it took a long time..
Hi there, I am a web designer too. I think your website is really good for the little experience you have. Unfortunately, despite of my long experience, I have been having a hard time getting assignments lately. I am feeling a bit of a slow down on the market maybe caused by the state of the economy (talking US here). Lately all the jobs I've been getting are for graphic design, which is cool because I also love designing ads and brochures. Well, hang in there and keep informing yourself as best as you can (webmonkey.com or wired.com are good sources of cutting edge info). Good luck!
Alot of web designers dont like to hear this, but you need to market youself outside of the internet. This means, find companies that will benifit from your service and call them on the phone. Or, what the company i used to work for does, "hudge design", is make friends with another company to refer clients to you. Hudge design works with a marketing company. In exchange for cheap work, they send their marketing clients over. (just for scope here, hudge design is a 2 man crew).
