what are some good website services to have?

for a web site designing business? so far i have SEO (search engine optimization), ftp upload, site updates, and search engine submissions.....i want to offer basic services but what else can I offer or what else would customers expect?

1. are you actually building the pages? you could advertise that you have Photoshop, or dreamweaver, or flash. these big name programs are a good eye catcher!!! people love to know that you use this type of software!
