1. SEO comes in two main flavours Onsite and Offsite Onsite refers to your keywords, domain name etc Offsite refers to links, articles, adwords, pr etc Onsite can only really be done by one company Offsite can be done by a multitude of companies
2. Hi, I wouldn't suggest having more than one company work on optimizing your site. You really want the company to get to know you, your site, the purpose and what you are try to achieve in order to make your business a success. As a previous poster mentioned there are offsite items that can be done by many, but if you enlist a good SEO company they will guide you through the process thoroughly. Hope this helps!! 3. You wouldn't want to enlist more than SEO service. The reason being is that if one SEO service company does one thing to optimize your site, and the other SEO service does another there could be a conflict in your site optimization.
