How should I start my Web Development company?

Hello I am 16 and I have been thinking for awhile to start my own web develoment company. But I don't know where to start. I am in the 10th grade going to 11th and I have been doing HTML/CSS/Graphic Design since 5th grade so about 5-6 years so I know how to design. I have also been creating Dynamic pages using Javascript, Ajax, and PHP/MySQL for about 4 years now. So I know how to code and script. I want to start my own comany but I need to know if there are taxes and those types of things. If anyone has any suggestions or anything then please share them with me. Thanks!!!
