Web Design and Development opportunity?

Hello, I own a site called www.togbot.com. Its a new company that I have thought of and I can't really give any details, its a pretty big idea to most of the people who I have told. I am setting up meetings with venture capitalists and angel investors. The thing I lack is knowledge about buidling and graphically devloping a website. I have the resources and business sense. But, is there anyone interested in talking with me and maybe even willing to consider working for me. I do need someone with vast experience in html, flash, java, silverlight, SQL, etc... This appears to be a design company for jumpers for robots. Consider a different tag unless you really are knitting woolies for bots.

The main tool for graphical design used now is photoshop. If you want to have interact sites than php, java will be needed. If you want to store data than sql will also be needed.
