Interested in talking to me about web design and development?

Hello, I own a site called www.togbot.com. Its a new company that I have thought of and I can't really give any details, its a pretty big idea to most of the people who I have told. I am setting up meetings with venture capitalists and angel investors. The thing I lack is knowledge about buidling and graphically devloping a website. I have the resources and business sense. But, is there anyone interested in talking with me and maybe even willing to consider working for me. I do need someone with vast experience in html, flash, java, silverlight, SQL, etc...
