Free Domain Names? or site redirection?

Any one know of a site that gives free hoting of your own domain name or a site that will take an existing site and give it a new address like dot tk does but gives u a .com istead of a .tk??

1. Well you can have freedomain.co.nr. , .com no one gives it from my knowledge. Well it does not cost you more than 20$ a year for a .com and 50MB webspace.
