WHICH WEBSITE GIVES FREE DOMAIN NAMES LIKE "www.myname.com"?

let it be a blog or a website. The main thing is that, its URL should not look like this "www.myname.serviceprovider.com" and its page should not contain the service provider's adverts. That free website should be absolutely free and there should not have any hidden cost. What i mean is that the maintenance and the webpage building will be done by myself. But the provider must provide a free space to host and a domain name as expected.
