like can I use web design software from best buy or somware to edit my web domaine from go daddy if I only bought a domaine and no other service of of go daddy?

1. Thats what I have done several times. You shouldn't have any problems using you own tools / software. (I myself, prefer to use the tools I am familiar with and have on my own computer.) Good luck.
