Yahoo web hosting?

I noticed that Yahoo web hosting really improved and they offer unlimited space. This raises naturally a quetion "can I use it for my personal files backup?" Please note I do NOT want to share it with anybody, I really want to backup 250GB of my photos, video and music I legally own (again, this is not about any file sharing but personal backup). You might answer YES, this is easy and you can use any FTP software to simplify it. Well, I'm little bit affraid that Yahoo scans sites and can easily suspend my site because it will have AVI, MP3, ... and other files which can look like illegal or/and files I want to share. Does anybody use Yahoo Hosting or another web host for this type of personal backup?

Yahoo is of course a big name, but they're not the most reputable company when it comes to web hosting (and they're on the expensive side). I use HostGator and it's very fast and reliable.
